It sounds like SPAMfighter cannot communicate with the SPAMfighter server. Please download the following program by clicking here
Once you have received the program, double click on the icon to start it. When the program is running please note if it states "OK" or "Failed". After receiving either of these messages, you can close the program by clicking on the "X" in the upper right corner.
If you received the message "Ok", everything should work fine again.
If you received the message "failed", you're properly behind a firewall which does not allow SPAMfighter to communicate with the SPAMfighter server.
You need to make these changes to your firewall in order for it to allow communication with our server:
TCP Settings
Direction: Outbound
Local Port: All
Remote Port: Fixed (2409)
UDP Settings
Direction: Outbound & Inbound
Local Port: All
Remote Port: Fixed (2409)
