*Close your Email Client such as Outlook/Express/Windows Mail/Thunderbird
*Go to: Start -> Settings -> Control Panel -> Add/Remove Programs.
*Locate SPAMfighter and click Change/Remove and follow the guide.
In Windows 98:
* Close your Email Client
* Download and run this program
* Restart your computer
* Don't open your Email Client
* Delete the SPAMfighter folder from C:\Program Files\
