"I have evaluated another product before yours, and I was not happy with it; it had too many bugs to be worked out and, despite a couple of different versions they had me try, pretty much the same problems were occuring, repeatedly.
I am pleasantly surprised that, with SPAMfighter, I experienced only one problem and it happened only one time. Also, there were no false positives to date, no computer freezes while black/whitelisting, no errors upon send/receive, no errors while moving email between folders, etc. The anti spam statistics look good!
Your product seems like a stable, well written, well tested software, and the help section is outstanding - well covered and user friendly!
