If you are not satisfied with the level of spam being filtered out by SPAMfighter, you can try increasing the filter sensitivity. You can choose between very low, low, normal, high and very high.
To open the settings window to adjust the filter sensitivity:
| 1. | Click “More” -> “Settings” in the SPAMfighter toolbar in your email client and select the “Settings” tab. |
| 2. | Click on “Open”, under “Advanced settings”. |

| 3. | You can change the filter sensitivity under “Filter sensitivity”. |
Note: Keep an eye on your SPAMfighter folder if you change this setting. There is a risk that legitimate newsletters will also be filtered out. If this happens, you simply need to add them to your Whitelist (See section 6.3, Adding contacts to your whitelist)
