Undoing a blocked email

Occasionally, a legitimate email may be moved to your spam folder.

To move the email back to your inbox and remove it from the SPAMfighter server, do the following:

1.Locate the message in question in the SPAMfighter folder and select it
2.Click the Unblock button in the Outlook toolbar.

The email will then be moved back to your inbox and unblocked from the SPAMfighter server.
