It can be becourse you have another program running on your computer that is "holding" on to a file on your computer or has created a temporary file that SLOW-PCfighter can not scan or repair.
Try to deactivate your antivirus software and close all programs running on your computer and then scan again with SLOW-PCfighter, you should also stop the programs you have in your system tray (lower right corner on your screen)
It can also be that you have some Malware on your computer that is not possible for SLOW-PCfighter to remove. We suggest that you try to scan and clean your computer with Malwarebytes software Download the free version here
