I read some reviews and they don't tell the whole story.
SPAMfighter is PRECISE, because it eliminates not only the spams in the opinion of most, but also those that THE USER consider as such; including those applications suppliers that disregard the "no mail/news, please" implicitly (by not ticking the box) and/or explicitly sent to them.
It's EFFICIENT, because you only have to block a URL once, to see with pleasure that the next attempt is promptly frustrated [= it DOES end up in the spammail folder].
The notice appended to my mail out, has never been objected to by any of my correspondent, so that it is both useful to you (advertising) and unobtrusive to me, and obviously to the recipients of my messages.
Publish this anywhere you like, filtered as you please.
