This can depend a little on your device (i.e. There is more than one way to achieve this). To either stop the application running or to uninstall completely go to the main listing screen of all applications on your device, and select:
Settings -> Applications -> Manage Applications
Choose VIRUSfighter from the list.
Now you can choose "Force Stop" (or "Stop" on some devices) to stop VIRUSfighter from running (but not uninstall the program) Or choose "Uninstall" to completely remove VIRUSfighter Android from your device.
