If you have purchased a productkey after november 18th, 2009 you need to make sure you have the latest version of VIRUSfighter installed as we have changed the whole configuration of VIRUSfighter.
This is how you recognize if you have the latest version of VIRUSfighter installed:
If you can open your VIRUSfighter like this:
Go to Start -> All Programs -> Fighter -> VIRUSfighter -> VIRUSfighter. If the programs open and you can see a version number in the bottom of the program higher than 6.2.22 you have the new version. If you can not open VIRUSfighter this way try if you can find it here
Go to: Start -> All Programs -> VIRUSfighter. If you find it here you need to update your VIRUSfighter.
