View detailed information on purchased product keys. You are able to view details on all product keys, i.e. keys for both SPAMfighter and VIRUSfighter, or only details on keys related to one of these applications. Simply select from the Type of product key drop-down. Details on these keys comprise the actual product key, i.e. the 25-digit number, the validation period of the key, and in how many days it will expire. Note, that it is possible to purchase new keys under the Need a new product key? section.

Product keys are listed by a range of information. In detail, this involves: type, actual product key, number of mailboxes, a valid from date, a valid to date, and days to expiration. Like so:

keysdisplay_scaled

Type: Displays which application the key is for, i.e. SPAMfighter or VIRUSfighter.
Product Key: Displays the actual product key, i.e. the 25-digit number.
Mailboxes: Displays the number of mailboxes "available" in the key, i.e. how many mailboxes can be monitored by the SEM.
Valid From: Displays the actual date and time from when the key is active.
Valid To: Displays the actual date and time when the key no longer is active.
Expires in: Displays the amount of days left before the key is deactivated.

Valid / Active / Unused Filter

Displays the "distribution" of your filters, i.e. the amount of valid and active filters included in the product key, and how many of these filters are unused.

Valid: Displays the total amount of valid filters.
Active: Displays which amount of the valid filters are actually active. As an example, your product key can contain 1000 valid filters, but only 500 of these are active.
Unused: Displays the amount of unused filters, i.e. the difference between the amount of valid and active filters. Following the example above, the amount of unused filters here would be 500.

Expired Product Keys

Just as the list of active product keys, there is a list displaying expired product keys. These keys are listed by the same range of information as the active keys, i.e. type, actual product key, number of mailboxes, a valid from date, a valid to date, and days to expiration.
