Online presentation

The Advanced subject enables the user to specify a range of "default" settings, regarding the users' mailboxes and their listing. In detail, the user can specify what action SEM should take when a new user is created, i.e. enabled or disabled. In addition to this, the user is also able to specify how limited or expanded the list of mailboxes should appear, i.e. include disabled users or users hidden from the Exchange address lists.

Mailboxes

The user is enabled to limit or expand the listed mailboxes displayed when selecting the Mailboxes subject. Mailboxes that are filter-enabled are always shown on the list. The list of mailboxes can either be limited or expanded in accordance with Users, Distribution Groups, and Public Folders, as illustrated below. Simply mark the appropriate checkboxes from either of the three sections.

Users

It is possible to include/exclude users that are either disabled, perhaps as a result of the default handling, or not shown at all, as they might be hidden from the Exchange address lists.

Distribution Groups

It is possible to include/exclude members of any distribution groups. This is recommend, thus, the checkbox is marked per default.

Public Folders

It is possible to include/exclude mail-enabled public folders that are either enabled or disabled, or public folder that also might be hidden from the Exchange address lists.
