Enables you to view general details surrounding product registration, installation, the SEM engine, SPAMfighter filters, and the Exchange integration. In addition to this, you are also able to edit registration details, if needed.
Product Registration
View general details regarding product registration.
| • | Company: Displays the company name to which the product is registered. |
| • | Contact: Displays the name of the contact in the company. |
| • | email: Displays the email address of the contact. |
| • | Customer ID: Displays the assigned ID of this customer. |
| • | Installation ID: Displays the assigned installation ID of this customer. |
Edit Registration Details
You are able to edit the registered product details. Do this by clicking the Edit registration details button. The Company, Contact, and email fields will now be editable. Remember to click the Save registration details button to store the new details.
Installation Details
View general details regarding the system platform.
| • | Platform name: Displays which platform constitute the basis for the SEM installation. |
| • | Platform version: Displays the version number of the platform. |
| • | Mail server: Displays the mail server type. |
| • | Mail server version: Displays the version number of the mail server. |
SEM Engine Details
View general details regarding the SEM engine.
| • | Engine version: Displays the actual version number of the SEM engine. |
| • | Core version: Displays the actual version number of the SEM core. |
| • | Mailbox interface: Displays which interface is constitute basis for the mailbox area. |
| • | User directory interface: Displays which interface constitute the basis for the user directory area. |
| • | VIRUSfighter version: Displays the actual version number of the installed VIRUSfighter application. |
| • | VIRUSfighter definitions: Displays the date-stamp of the latest VIRUSfighter definition. |
| • | OWA Toolbar version: Displays the actual version number of the OWA Toolbar. |
SPAMfighter Filters
View general details regarding the SPAMfighter filters.
| • | SPAMfighter Antivirus filter: Displays the actual version number of the filter that scans emails for viruses. |
| • | SPAMfighter Sender filter: Displays the actual version number of the filter that filters messages based on "accepted / non-accepted" email and domain lists. |
| • | SPAMfighter General filter: Displays the actual version number of the filter that acts as the general configuration module. |
| • | SPAMfighter Community filter: Displays the actual version number of the filter that filters messages already blocked by other SPAMfighters. |
| • | SPAMfighter Language filter:: Displays the actual version number of the filter that filters messages in view its language. |
Exchange Integration Details
View general details regarding the Exchange integration.
| • | Mailbox Store: Displays whether or not the SEM is integrated with the mailbox. |
| • | Public Folder Store: Displays whether or not the SEM is integrated with any public folder. |
| • | SMTP: Displays whether or not the SEM is integrated with the SMTP, and which exact Instance it is integrated with. |
