This section will guide you through the entire install and setup process, step by step. We suggest you follow this guide, especially if you are a first time user of SEM, as it is important that a server based application, just as the SEM, gets properly installed and configured, before taken into use.

This guide will lead you through some initial pre-install steps, which must be completed before the actual installation can be initialized. When you have completed through these steps, you are lead through the install and setup procedure. Following this, you are ready to start using the application. If you have already installed SEM, you can skip this section and jump to the Using the SEM section, where you are able to find more detailed information on the usage and functionality of the Administration Module.

Pre-install steps

Before installing the SEM there are some pre-installation steps you must follow. The steps are:

When you have completed these steps, you are ready to execute the installation file, and follow the instructions. Note, that the size of the SEM.exe file is around 8 MB, and the available languages are English, German, Danish, Dutch and Spanish.
