Administration Module

I cannot access the SPAMfighter Administration Module, why?

Most likely either the World Wide Web service isn't running - or the SPAMfighter service isn't running.

Please run the System Diagnostics tool to check that these components works as intended

The Administration Module says "No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it", why?

Most likely the SPAMfighter service isn't running.

Please run the System Diagnostics tool to check that these components works as intended

The Administration Module reports an "Integration error", why?

SPAMfighter relies on information regarding the Mailbox stores and Public Folder stores to be available and up to date in both Active Directory and Exchange.

As Microsoft Exchange is known to be notoriously bad to synchronize this information correctly between Exchange and Active Directory - the most likely cause for this error is that some of these information aren't correct.

The solution how to fix this issue depends on if it is the Mailbox Store or the Public Folder store that SPAMfighter cannot integrate itself into:

               Fix Mailbox Store integration error

Fix Public Folder Store integration error

It may also be that the credentials of the SPAMfighter User Account has been changed without updating the reference in SPAMfighter
