Introduction

SPAMfighter Exchange Module (SEM) streamlines and automates as much as possible during installation and processing. However, as SPAMfighter Exchange Module is a complex program that depends on a number of external resources in order to work correctly, some parts of the system may occasionally not work as intended on a particular machine configuration.

This section contains potential solutions to any misbehaviour seen in the SEM application. If this section does not help you solve your problem, please report the misbehaviour to the system administrator or SPAMfighter support by providing a detailed description of how you encountered your problem.

SPAMfighter Exchange Module has an extensive System Diagnostics tool, which tests and tries to repair the most common issues and problems that may arise. The System Diagnostics tool is a separate program, which you can run on the server by navigating to Start > Programs > SPAMfighter > Support tools > SPAMfighter System Diagnostics:
