Users who have downloaded and installed the SEM Toolbar are able to perform filter configuration on their own. However, the User settings subject makes it possible to view these settings by first searching for and selecting a user, then browse the user for each filter settings. In addition to this, it is also possible to clear filter settings made by any user.

Find user settings

Before viewing any filter settings made by a user, the user must first be located. This is done in the Find user settings area, in the left-hand side of the screen. The search function is identical to the one used when searching for a specific mailbox, thus, look here for an explanation of how to use the search and Choose user functions.

View user settings

Use the drop-down to select which of the five filter settings you wish to view. The actual settings, or properties and values, will then be displayed below. If you wish to clear settings to any of the filters, simply click the Clear user settings button. This will clear any configuration a user has made on his own.
