As an administrator you are able to open and view other user's SPAMfighter folder. Be aware, that this might be in violation with company policy, state law or other policies. SPAMFighter ApS cannot be held responsible for violating this. Use this feature with caution!

View Blocked email in other User's Mailboxes

To open and view any user's SPAMfighter folder you must first locate this user's mailbox. This is done by using the mailbox search function. As this function is a part of the Mailboxes > Search subject, we refer to that section for further elaboration and explanation.

When a mailbox has been found and selected, the contents of this user's SPAMfighter folder is displayed. All emails are listed by sender, subject, and date it was received. Like so:
