Where does my filtered spam go?
Spam, viruses and phishing mails that are filtered out before your e-mail client receives them are automatically put into quarantine here on the FRONTIERfighter website. To review these e-mails login to FRONTIERfighter, and click on "Quarantine" in the menu.

How many e-mail accounts can I protect per subscription?
Currently, the number of e-mail accounts per subscription is not restricted. We reserve the right to impose a maximum number of e-mail accounts that can be associated to a subscription at a later stage.

Which devices does FRONTIERfighter support?
FRONTIERfighter supports any computer, cell phone or other device with an e-mail client that supports the POP3 protocol, including (optional) SSL or TLS encryption. Your e-mail provider (server) also needs to support the POP3 protocol.
You can always add a mailbox to your account manually by clicking on "Accounts" > "Add mailbox". In most cases all you need is the following information, all of which your e-mail provider should have provided to you:
Your incoming mail server (POP3) Your username Your password Aside from your password, this information can also be found in the account settings of your e-mail client.
After adding the mailbox using the above information you will be given a new server name and a new user name. All you need to do now is change these two values in your e-mail client.

Which browsers support automatic configuration of my e-mail accounts for FRONTIERfighter?
At the moment, FRONTIERfighter can import your accounts from some e-mail clients if you are using a recent version of Microsoft Internet Explorer. We are working hard to enable automatic two-way synchronization of your e-mail accounts between FRONTIERfighter and a multitude of browsers as well as e-mail clients, so stay tuned for this coming within the next few weeks!
