Trojan Programs in Use to Blackmail Dutch Children
The Dutch police, along with My Child Online, is warning parents to be wary of paedophiles that with a new technique are tricking and blackmailing children sexually using unwanted vectors or malicious software through electronic mails. RadioNetherland published this in news on June 23, 2008.
Till the advent of the new technique, paedophiles have been adopting chat programs for establishing contact with young adults. But now there is a greater use of Trojan horses -computer programs that install backdoor privileges, which allow a malicious user to gain entry into someone else's computer while the latter knows nothing about it.
