Sophos Outlined Security Tips for Olympic Enthusiasts

According to new reports from Sophos, China hosted nearly a third, about 31.1% of all malware-infected Web pages worldwide, in the initial six months of 2008 (January-June 2008).

Also, as the country is hosting the second largest proportion of malware-infected Web pages, computer users aiming to surf on the Web become increasingly vulnerable to security risks.

During the Beijing Olympics, Sophos cautioned a large number of people concerned, including coaches, athletes, tourists and journalists nationwide to remain vigilant about their security against online criminals while using their PDAs, smartphones and notebooks.
