I have already bought a licence

+ I have reinstalled my PC/ I need to reinstall SPAMfighter. How do I get SPAMfighter Pro back?

+ I purchased a license, should I download a new version?

+ When will my purchase be activated?

+ I have SPAMfighter Pro, but I received an e-mail that my trial is expiring. Why?

You probably haven't used the product key we sent you. Look in the invoice you received and follow the easy guide.
If you have activated the key once, but reinstalled SPAMfighter afterwards using another username (aka e-mail address), please do the following:
* Download this program.
* Close Outlook/Express
* Run the program
* Click on "Remove the current login and relogin"
* Login with your email address and your password
* Open Outlook/Express and everything should work ok
If you cannot remember your password, get it here.
+ I purchased SPAMfighter Pro, but I still have the commercial in Outlook/Express, why?

+ I want to move my SPAMfighter Pro license to another machine, is that possible?

+ I have bought multiple licenses, but cannot access the keys.

+ You have such a great product, can I be a reseller?
