I have already bought a licence

+ I have reinstalled my PC/ I need to reinstall SPAMfighter. How do I get SPAMfighter Pro back?

+ I purchased a license, should I download a new version?

+ When will my purchase be activated?

+ I have SPAMfighter Pro, but I received an e-mail that my trial is expiring. Why?

+ I purchased SPAMfighter Pro, but I still have the commercial in Outlook/Express, why?

+ I want to move my SPAMfighter Pro license to another machine, is that possible?

+ I have bought multiple licenses, but cannot access the keys.

To access the product keys and assign them to the users, please click here.
If you’re asked to log in to the SPAMfighter community, please log in to the community using the account mentioned on the invoice under “user login”.
If not, just fill in the invoice number and the user login. If you do not have a user login, but only a login key, please enter that instead and leave the box for ‘user login’ empty.
From there just follow the instructions given.
