This is a VBS worm that tries to infect MS Word Normal.dot and overwrite all .htm, .html and .txt but doesn't succeed very well. The vbs script is embedded in HTML. When run, this script will infect the normal.dot file, but the infection is non-virual and will not spread further. It then tries to overwrite all .htm, .html and .txt files but because of bugs in the code this fail.
