Storm Launches Fresh AssaultsSecurity provider, Symantec, is admonishing that the Storm worm, the malicious program that fuels the Storm botnet is constantly developing and the malware now harbors two more ways of attack. Symantec recently identified several new Storm-hosting domains employing fast-flux techniques used in disguising their URLs. Fast-flux techniques relate to the service networks of compromised PCs having public DNS records, which keep changing, making harder to monitor and control the criminal activities.
