In an interview with the media, Marc Henauer, Cyber Crime Division Head, the Swiss Justice and Police Department, said that all malware, particularly viruses, are now capable of repeatedly modifying their signatures in intervals of just few hours, as reported by Strategicrisk on May 13, 2008.

Moreover, the easily available knowledge and construction kits for creating the shape-changing threats are found to release torrents of shape-changing.
