InfamousGuitar.com Attacked by Malware

On May 27, 2008, InfamousGuitar.com - a famous social media site for Guitar fans and players - was targeted by Chinese malware but it got repaired within a short span of time.

The term malware is used to define any software or virus or spyware etc made for causing damage to a computer system, server or network.

Co-Founder and Chief Technical Officer of Infamous Publishing, John Kirkwood, said that they noticed some of their databases were strange and after some time, their site was found to be corrupted.
