Malware Diverts Traffic to Insurance Sites

According to Fortinet's July 2008 malware report, increasing traffic generated from malware implies that end-users need to think more about safety measures while on the net. Avoiding pornographic and underground sites does not guarantee 100% malware free surfing today.

According to the report, the security company saw edirector.CA, Iframe.DR and Iframe.DN as vital malware samples trying to direct users to certain Websites such as insurance sites where the criminals looked for monetary gain.
