Adobe Flash, PDF - Emerging as Soft Targets of Cyber Crooks
As per Q4 Web Security Trends Report released by Finjan Inc., cyber criminals are exploring new ways to prove themselves ahead of security solutions by exploiting most common PDF files and Adobe Flash applications, which are supposed to be free from hacking.
Cyber criminals have broadened the spectrum of attacks and are constantly engaged in configuring latest modes to escape detection and compromise users' PCs. Consequently, Finjan's Malicious Code Research Center (MCRC) has discovered that the PDF- and Flash- borne web exploits are responsible for compromising millions of computer systems.
