Indian ISPs Putting their Consumers on RiskAccording to the news published by ITExaminer on January 2, 2009, Indian ISPs (Internet Service Providers) are putting their consumers on risk of a highly dangerous cyber attack ever since their decision of not updating their Domain Name System (DNS) servers. Security specialists said that cyber miscreants are taking advantage of vulnerabilities in the DNS servers of the ISPs to divert traffic to malicious websites that cheat users into divulging their crucial information like passwords and bank account details.
