Hackers of India Attack Pakistani Websites as a Tribute to Lt Col Niranjan Kumar

Indian Black Hats, a hacker group based at Kerala, claimed that they have devoted this hacking to 18-month old daughter of late Lt Col Niranjan of the National Security Guards.

ibt posted on 6th January, 2016, stating that the group of Indian Black Hats hacker has attacked more than six websites and domains of Pakistan to pay tribute to bravehearts who were killed during the attack in Pathankot on Sunday.

The hacked websites include www.pakistanbarcouncil.org, www.csd.gov.pk, www.fotile.pk, www.mona.gov.pk, www.cpakgulf.org, www.maslamsons.com and www.solp.pk containing the picture of Vismaya with the message.

An underground hacker told MAIL TODAY: "For last three days all the active hacking groups are working on attacking Pakistan's cyber territory. Our Army is not responding, but we will not remain quiet but attack them on the virtual world". Moreover, we are sharing details of exposure of Pakistani websites among ourselves to mutilate them. Every successful attack is celebrated with the tricolor being posted accompanied by a patriotic song on the compromised website to show anger.

The hackers have not removed the text of the websites because it is not a cyber war, as they call it a tribute to the victims of the attack. In fact, they have just uploaded message on their domains in an attempt to send warning to Pakistan. The hacker also confirmed that the attack was carried out by L!uM!nyu and Ind-C0d3r.

Indian Black Hats (IBH) is a group of hackers from all over India, and initially began operating with the name of Indian Cyber Devils in 2011. Their name was changed to IBH in 2014. IBH was in the news in November 2014, as they attacked 10 Pakistani websites and other domains to pay tribute to the martyrs of terror attacks that happened on 26th November, 2008, in Mumbai. The Indian Black Hats consist of members from all over the nation.

Many Pakistani websites were hacked during last few days in an attempt to send a message that Indian hackers will not keep quiet. Community from underground is also scheduling to start a major attack, specifically targeting websites operated by government.
