Hackers Steal 3,000 Pictures from iCloud of Pippa Middleton


London police have confirmed the arrest of a man, aged 35, who is suppose to have hacked Pippa Middleton's, Duchess of Cambridge younger sister, iCloud account and stolen 3,000 pictures.

An unknown seller offered the pictures of Pippa Middleton on WhatsApp to the reporters of both Sun and Daily Mail. The pictures included few royal children, along with of parties and wedding dresses. As per the Sun, someone has approached it by using pseudonym, and asked for 50,000 Pound within 48 hrs.

Bigcountryhomepage.com posted on September 24th, 2016, quoting Sun as saying that the cyber chief - got in touch through an encrypted messaging service and has used pseudonym "Crafty Cockney" - claimed having images that includes Pippa Middleton wearing wedding dress and nude pictures of financier James Mathews, who is her fiancé.

The account that was hacked is also supposed to have family pictures of Duchess of Cambridge, Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince William. On Saturday, Metropolitan Police Service of London confirmed receiving of a report regarding alleged hacking of personal iCloud account just a day before.

This alleged theft happens after two years when many celebrities, including Jennifer Lawrence, the Hollywood star, became victim to hacker attack in the iCloud, where private pictures are stored from Apple computers and smartphones.

The force mentioned today that: "detectives investigating the hacking of a personal iCloud account have made an arrest. Met Police officers arrested Nathan at the home he shares with his fiancee on Saturday night". Force also said that Nathan was arrested under Computer Misuse Act, but he was free on bail.

The Sun reported quoting Pippa Middleton's spokesman as saying "Thank you very much for drawing this to the family's attention. I can confirm that not only have the lawyers been informed but the police are about to be involved as well".

It is not first time when hackers targeted the famous iCloud online data backup service of Apple for searching images. One hacker has leaked many pictures in 2014, showing Jennifer Lawrence, the Hollywood star, as well as other female superstars nude.
