Presently MG is aiming at getting the O.MG cable as one genuine security equipment. The cyber-security researcher stated a company Hak5 was working to get that done. The hacking cables would be manufactured not as modified Apple cables but from scratch.
In addition MG stated it was really hard to do the modification on Apple cables, therefore, by successfully installing one, the other cables could be created as he planned for.
The security investigator is presently offering his cables to interested buyers at $200. He asserts a hacker can be at a maximum distance of 300 feet from the PC where using a smart-phone he can connect directly.
