Vietnam's Ministry of Trade has proposed to strengthen its influence on Internet publicity campaigns, especially spam circulated through e-mail accounts, to avert the growth of unwanted publicity in the coming year.
The distributed character of the Internet, along with the ease of affordable e-mail, has transformed it into a rich turf for spreader of spam. spammers are usually establishments committed to cyberspace promotion, gleaning e-mail identities from online informers, like newsgroup portals or private outline founded by Internet users.
