Sunbelt Released Top Ten Threats for April 2008An online security solution vendor, Sunbelt Software, revealed on May 1, 2008 the list of top ten threatening and often-found malware and spyware for April 2008. According to the report by Sunbelt Software Malware Research Labs, some new kinds of threats appeared for the first time in the list. Among these threats, FakeAlert got the first rank, Downloader.Zlob.Media-Codec second position, NewMediaCodec is at third position while ClickSpring.PuritySCAN and Virtumonde are at the fourth and fifth places respectively. Remaining positions are captured by other Trojans, including Slagent/Navipromo at sixth place, CWS.DesktopHijack at seventh, Trojan.Vxgame at eighth, Blaire and Backdoor.Rbot are at ninth and tenth places.
