PM’s Official Web Site Targeted By Hackers

A cyber criminal known as Karan intentionally breached the official homepage of www.bbm.gov.tr, of the Turkish Prime Ministry's press center on May 1, 2008, in order to express opposition against the rising unemployment in the nation.

A message on the homepage greets guests to the site stated "Game Over. Your system is rooting". But, the Premier's press center was managed to contain the situation by posting a message stating, that the Web site was under construction owing to technical troubles.
