Three Found Guilty for Hacking Into US Restaurant ChainThree men have been found guilty for hacking into the network, and then secretly downloading "packet sniffer" software on point-of-sake servers at 11 Dave & Buster's locations across the US. Also, one of the hackers is suspected to be involved in stealing 45.6 Million credit cards from TJX Companies, a giant retailer. As per a 27-count condemnation revealed on May 12, 2008, the plan, in part, was executed by Maksym Yastremskiy. In July, Maksym, from Ukraine, was caught in a resort in Turkey for selling huge number of credit cards, out of which many were stolen from TJK network. He was imprisoned in Turkey, with a US extradition application pending.
