Microsoft Warns of Default Download Problem in Apple’s Safari

Microsoft's security group is asking users not to use Apple's Safari browser till it has investigated into a peculiar characteristic that lets miscreants to drop a large number of malicious files on their desktop.

Windows users who access a booby-trapped Website on Safari could be compelled to download as well as run malicious executables with no previous intimation, says Microsoft. The threat combination takes place on account of a default download in Safari and the manner in which the Windows desktop deals with executable files.
