OECD Cautions of Secret Armies in Cyber Wars

On May 30, 2008, the report by Organization for Economic Corporation and Development (OECD) called "Malicious software (malware): a security threat to the Internet economy" shows the involvement of two worlds in an uneven war of belated defence and virus invasion.

OECD added that cyber crime, spying or invading business or government system, is a serious blow to the Internet economy. Companies engaged in fighting malware provide a fragmented response to a global threat.
