Domestic Computer Users Inviting Hackers by Neglecting System SecurityThe Computer Emergency Response Team (CERT) at the University of Queensland conducted a study that revealed one in every 10 computer users never updated their antivirus software and around one-third of computers were infected by malevolent programs.
