New Yorkers Facing Maximum Number of Computer InfectionsA new research conducted by PC Tools, a security software group, reveals that the city of New York is an unsafe place in the US for a computer user because of threats from malware, computer virus, spyware etc. According to Michael Greene, Vice President of Product Strategy, PC Tools, during January-June 2008, the company conducted a research of 450,000 members of PC Tools Threat Fire community and analyzed the total number of attacks targeted at their computers, as repored by NY1 on September 30, 2008. Greene added that their study found that New York City was experiencing the highest number of malware attacks on the community.
