Samsung Shipped Malicious Digital Picture FramesIn the 3rd week of December 2008, some people who bought models of digital picture frames from Samsung were cautioned about a six month old system virus installed on the devices, as reported by securityfocus on December 24, 2008. Samsung claimed that CDs, which had been shipped with several models of its digital picture frames, are likely carrying a harmful Trojan horse software that enables hackers to access the users' system.
