Ex-employee Pleads Guilty to Hacking & SabotageAccording to the news reports published by startribune on January 13, 2009, 21-year old David Ernest Everett Jr. of Blaine pleaded guilty in the US federal court to charges of hacking into the computer system of his ex-employer, the Office of US Attorney reported. As evident from the case's details, Everett on January 12, 2009 admitted to deliberately sabotaging a computer in April 2008. He installed malware files in the system after his termination from the job at Wand Corporation in March 2008. David Everett, who had been an employee at Wand's help desk, admitted that he waged the malicious program attack on April 9, 2008 against Wand Corporation's client servers located in 3,000 different locations.
