Ex-employee Pleads Guilty to Hacking & Sabotage
According to the news reports published by startribune on January 13, 2009, 21-year old David Ernest Everett Jr. of Blaine pleaded guilty in the US federal court to charges of hacking into the computer system of his ex-employer, the Office of US Attorney reported.
As evident from the case's details, Everett on January 12, 2009 admitted to deliberately sabotaging a computer in April 2008. He installed malware files in the system after his termination from the job at Wand Corporation in March 2008.
