New Trojan Infecting Mac through Fake Adobe Software

A new Trojan horse, found in illegitimate versions of the 'iWork 09 productivity suite' of Apple in the 4th week of January 2009, has been detected in Adobe Photoshop CS4 too, security provider Intego said.

The Trojan, named OSX.Trojan.iService.B, characteristically resembles the malware's earlier version. It has been detected inside pirated software and spread through BitTorrent trackers as well as other websites with links pointing to pirated software, Intego said through a post on the Internet.
