McAfee - Online Threats Increased Significantly in 2008

As per white paper released by McAfee, malware creators are taking advantage of user's distraction to deliver a roundhouse strike. IT experts at McAfee also revealed that malware touched new heights in 2008 as the malware hosted on the remote URLs surged 256%. In addition, dangerous links in spam also increased by 500% in 2008.
