Hacker of Kareena Kapoor’s Income Tax Account Nabbed

Cyber cops have arrested a man who's an employee of armed police under the central government and who's aged 26-yrs because, he an ardent admirer of Kareena Kapoor the Bollywood actress, allegedly hacked into the actress' income tax (IT) account during September 2016. The police officer, a state cadre of North India, gave the reason for breaking into the account as acquiring access to the cell-phone number she used so he could engage in a conversation with her.

DCP Sachin Patil confirmed the incident and stated that police caught the accused inside another state from where he was brought to Mumbai. The arrest was possible by tracking the person's mobile phone IP address, police officers said. They also said that the accused got the PAN number of the actress over the Net during his hunt for the mobile number she used. He even deposited money for the quarterly taxes Kareena had due on her while altered her income tax A/C's password. Inuth.com posted this, January 2, 2017.

Currently in custody of the police, the accused is charged with impersonation under appropriate sections of IT Law or Information Technology Act. According to Sanjay Saxena, Joint Commissioner of Police (Crime), the accused intended for getting into a conversation with the actress so when he was hunting the Net to get her cell-phone number he obtained the PAN card particulars too.

The PAN card particulars helped him to access her account. Further developments had the chartered accountant of Kareena Kapoor lodge one complaint on 1st Oct claiming some unidentified person had apparently broken into his client's IT A/C followed with filing one fake return. What is more, the person had as well spent from his pocket to pay the actress' quarterly tax dues apart from altering her IT A/C's password. When the CA failed to access the A/C, it struck him that something was wrong so he contacted the BKC Cyber Police to register an FIR.

In a similar incident, Hrithik Roshan the Bollywood actor too encountered an online hacking incident during 2016 whilst some unknown youngster broke into his Facebook A/C followed with going Live.
