Indian Celebrities fall prey to the Cyber attack


Hackers have targeted the celebrities once again, and this time it is Indian celebrities. Recently, Indian superstar Shahrukh Khan's son, Aryan Khan, has become a victim. Aryan Khan, who is in California right now pursuing a course in Direction, has become a target to a cyber attack as his Facebook account got hacked. Being Shahrukh and Gauri Khan's son, Aryan Khan has already attained a celebrity-like status, and has got tremendous fan following especially on the famous social networking websites, like Facebook and Instagram.

The Celebrity-son, aged 21, is studying in University of Southern California. The moment he came to know about hacking of his Facebook account, he swiftly informed all his fans as well as the followers regarding the hacking incident. He also updated his Instagram account, informing the followers about hacking. His post on Instagram said, "Facebook hacked. Please ignore anything from it".

These hacking incidents of social networking accounts of Bollywood stars are not new in India. In similar incidents earlier, the social networking accounts of stars like Abhishek Bachchan, Rishi Kapoor, Anupam Kher, Shahid Kapoor, Shruti Hasan, Karan Johar, Ali Zafar and Mahesh Bhatt were also hacked. The social networking accounts of celebrities are hacked to gain personal information, messages or images and, if found, then can be used to tarnish their reputation or for the monetary gains.

As far as Aryan Khan's hacking incident is concerned, there is no further update on the case regarding filing of any official complaint from Aryan's side.

Actress Hansika Motwani too had his Twitter account and phone hacked recently. The actress, who is a renowned South-Indian star, fall prey to hacking attack when a few of her mirror selfies got leaked. The mirror selfies show Hansika Motwani wearing only a two-piece bikini. Many of the pictures that were seen on random Instagram handle, actually were taken recently when the actress was on a vacation trip in New York. Many of the photographs were also reported on the Twitter, and were taken down later from the micro-blogging website. The uploaded photographs were also taken down by the Instagram channel now.

Later on, Hansika Motwani tweeted that "Phone n Twitter hacked. Please don't respond to any random messages. My back end team is working on getting things in control". No police complaint has been filed by the actress till now.
