Google Issued Warning against Phishing Attack

One more warning was issued by Google on April 29, 2008 in its routine posts on the Internet security about phishing attacks.

The computer security experts have defined phishing as a simple technique that let the attackers to present themselves as someone else to dupe the victim into disclosing personal and other sensitive information.

Ian Fette, an engineer at Google, posted a blog article that says some phishing attacks are true but not all, many are fake, as reported by InformationWeek on April 30, 2008.
