McAfee Identifies Domains Hosting Most Risky Sites
According to anti-virus software provider McAfee's latest report, "Mapping the Mal Web", finding safe Websites on the Internet is no longer an easy task. The report notes that companies, which allocate addresses for Websites, seem to increasingly cut edges on security when they allocate names in some particular domains in preference to others.
The report also says that more malicious code authors, spammers and other online miscreants can establish their online presence when site registration requirements are cut to size to push up their profiles and profits.
