Intellectual Property Rights

The software is copyrighted according to law. This License Agreement does not give you any intellectual property rights to the software. Any duplication of the code, abuse of the SPAMfighter or FULL-DISKfighter logo or rights can and will be prosecuted by Danish law.

You may not in any way amend or alter the software including but not limited to copying, reproducing, changing, modifying and decompiling the software. It is also not allowed to reverse engineer and disassemble code or protocols used by the software.

License

SPAMfighter grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sub-licensable, revocable and time-limited right to use FULL-DISKfighter.

FULL-DISKfighter is a SPAMfighter product, and everybody gets 24 hours free functional trial and repair of their PC before purchasing a license.


Such testing is at the risk of the user, and SPAMfighter cannot in any way or form be held liable for causing any damage to your email program, other software, hardware, or for loss of email, loss of profits, misuse by any third party or for any time spent retrieving lost emails or similar, and this applies for both beta versions and final versions.


The License gives you the right to install and execute the software and make one copy of the software for backup purpose only and to use the software by this License Agreement.

Licensed Units

When you purchase a license, you will be provided with a serial number which you can use to activate the license. You agree to use the software only for the number of licensed units specified on your invoice. Any use of more copies of the software that are licensed is prohibited.

Restrictions on Use

You are expressly prohibited from sublicensing, selling, leasing, renting, outsourcing or in any way distributing the software that violates applicable law.

Installation of FULL-DISKfighter

This product may only be distributed via downloads from SPAMfighter or selected partners and may be tried free of charge for the trial period following registration.

FULL-DISKfighter does not ask for any e-mail address for downloading the product, for using it during the trial or the free functionalities.

Users of FULL-DISKfighter are obligated to know the product from FULL-DISKfighter and information are available at https://www.spamfighter.com/FULL-DISKfighter/

Limited Warranty

You expressly understand and agree that use of the software is provided to you under this License Agreement on an "as is" basis. The software is not subject to any guarantees.

You also accept that SPAMfighter does not represent or warrant that the software will be error and defect free.

Limitation of Liability

The use of the product is at the risk of the user only, and SPAMfighter cannot in any way or form be held liable for causing any direct or indirect damage, including but not limited to loss of business, loss of data, damage to any program or other software or any hardware.

The maximum liability for damages of FULL-DISKfighter towards the user cannot exceed an amount corresponding to the amount paid by the user for the software.

Term and Termination

This agreement commences upon payment of the license fee or your first installation. This agreement terminates when the license period ends or if you fail to comply with the terms of this agreement.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

The laws of Denmark shall govern this license agreement.

Change of Terms

This license term may be amended at any time, and the user shall keep him/her informed of any updates and if necessary, update the program to the latest version.

Miscellaneous

The program will attach a tray Icon called FIGHTERtools with shortcuts to web pages of products not installed. From these product icons, you will have access to features in the products of those you have chosen to install.

FULL-DISKfighter does not ask for any e-mail address for downloading the product, for using it during the trial or the free functionalities.

However, with the FIGHTERtools tray Icon, a message system is installed that will allow SPAMfighter to communicate important messages to the user regarding product updates, expiration date, and offers on SPAMfighter´s products or other important SPAMfighter related messages.

You have the right to opt-out from the message system at any time by following the relevant unsubscribe process outlined on our website.

FULL-DISKfighter will not work without the FIGHTERtools tray Icon installed.

If you purchase the program, SPAMfighter can choose to forward email messages regarding the product, the company SPAMfighter or update/expiration notifications.

You have the right to opt-out from receiving emails at any time by following the relevant unsubscribe process outlined on our website.

If you have selected the optional information about trusted partners, you will receive emails regarding these, but only from SPAMfighter and never from the partner.

The user is obliged to indemnify SPAMfighter for any claim for damages directed at SPAMfighter owing to actions on the part of the user and the use of FULL-DISKfighter.
