VIRUSfighter
VIRUSfighter is a SPAMfighter product and everybody get one month of trial before they are obligated to either accept purchasing a license or uninstall VIRUSfighter. The license can be bought for a period of 1-3 years.
It is very important that you have uninstalled (every) other antiVIRUS program before installing the VIRUSfightergram. If this does not happen, every damage caused on software/hardware direct or indirect will be your own responsibility.
Users of VIRUSfighter are obligated to know the product from VIRUSfighter and information regarding this is available at www.spamfighter.com/VIRUSfighter .
You are only allowed to use VIRUSfighter on one PC alone. If you need VIRUSfighter on multiple PC´s, you need to purchase multiple product keys or in other words, one product key for each PC.
SPAMfighter gives to the user a non-exclusive, non-transferable and time-limited right to use the VIRUSfighter software. Users may not in any way amend or alter it.
This product may only be distributed via downloads from VIRUSfighter or from selected partners and may be tried free of charge for the trial period following registration. Such testing is at the risk of the user only and VIRUSfighter cannot in any way or form be held liable for causing any damage to your email program or other software, hardware or for loss of email, loss of profits, misuse by any third party or for any time spent retrieving lost emails or similar. This applies for both beta versions and final versions.
SPAMfighter is only liable for intentional or grossly negligent matters. Notwithstanding the underlying reason for damages, the maximum liability for damages of VIRUSfighter towards the user cannot exceed an amount corresponding to the overall payment of fees by the user for one year.
The user is obliged to indemnify VIRUSfighter for any claim for damages directed at VIRUSfighter owing to actions on the part of the user and the use of VIRUSfighter.
After you purchase, it will only be in those cases where important news of the products, updates or information about the company SPAMfighter and / or their products.
As VIRUSfighter bases parts of its technology on the review, analysis and exploitation of parts of the virus reported by the user, VIRUSfighter cannot be blamed for this or for any encroachment upon the secrecy of programs, invasion of privacy or similar. Any programs/issues reported to VIRUSfighter will subsequently be regarded as the property of VIRUSfighter.
SPAMfighter endeavors that the VIRUSfighter net servers are available 24 hours a day, every day of the year. However, SPAMfighter does not guarantee such availability. SPAMfighter shall be entitled to terminate its services to VIRUSfighter whenever this is necessitated by maintenance or other technical matters. The VIRUSfighter software is made available to the user as is.
Unpredictable failures, delayed or outstanding deliveries on the part of the VIRUSfighter suppliers, shortage of labor, resources or strikes, lockout, lack of transport facilities, restrictions imposed by the authorities and similar instances of Acts of God shall exempt VIRUSfighter from its obligations pertaining to the terms and conditions set out herein to the extent and for the period such obstacles may exist.
Any duplication of the code, abuse of the VIRUSfighter logo or rights can and will be prosecuted in accordance with Danish law.
VIRUSfighter may terminate access to the VIRUSfightergram of the user where the user is in breach of the terms and conditions set out herein or of the VIRUSfighter safety rules or as a consequence of the any infringement by the user of third party rights or of rights of any other VIRUSfighter user.
This license term may be amended at any time and the user shall keep him/her informed of any updates and if necessary update the program to the latest version.
VIRUSfighter only supports the latest version of the product.
Any information you give when registering for the download will not be sold separately or passed on to any third party.
In the period during which you are using the program, VIRUSfighter will forward email messages to you containing when free trial ends, updates, news or information regarding the company SPAMfighter and / or any of their products.
By downloading this program, you accept the terms and conditions set out above. If you do not agree to the license terms, please uninstall the program immediately and remove it from your computer. Should you choose to use VIRUSfighter, we wish you a happy future without any virus in your computer.

VIRUSfighter seeks to cooperate with any official private as governmental institutes in the world that seeks to fight or prevent distribution viruses. There for any programs, reported, removed or otherwise analyzed by VIRUSfighter may subsequently be used in that effort to prevent viruses distribution or in a court of law if a Government Institute that wises to make such an effort and VIRUSfighter are able to produce satisfactory evidence.
Please be aware that any programs removed automatically by VIRUSfighter are not necessarily reported to the VIRUSfighter server in its original form.
